Am I Eligible to Join?
You are eligible to join VFCU if you meet any of the following criteria:
- You are employed by Nissan North America (NNA)
- You are a contractor, vendor or supplier for Nissan North America and have badge access to any Nissan North America facility
- You are employed by other organizations which have a “select employer group” or “associational” agreement with VFCU (click here)
- You have a family member who is a member of VFCU, regardless of where you live
- You live in a certain portion of census tracts where VFCU membership is granted
You can change employers, move, retire, get married—and never have to leave Veritas Federal Credit Union. Once a member…always a member.

How to Join
If you’re eligible, all you do is open a Share Account with us. A Share Account is the foundation of your VFCU membership. Similar to a savings account, credit unions call it “share” because, by having this account, each member owns a share of the Credit Union. The minimum deposit required is $25. As long as that $25 share stays in the account, you remain a member and have continual access to great loan rates and a wide variety of account types. You also have a say in the decisions we make by electing Board Members to represent you. You could even serve on the board yourself!
